27mm coin bezel

ordering and shipping service was very good. I am disappointed with the actual piece. The pointed edges of the octagon are rough on the outside edges of the polished area. I took it o my local independent jeweler we have used for 2 decades and we wants to charge me $125.00 to smooth out the edges. I told him I am not doing anything til I talk to the place I purchased it from.
